Lewisham residents - did you receive support - we want to hear from you

South East London Mind has asked Centre for Mental Health to conduct an evaluation of the Equality Grant programme in Greenwich and the Culturally Diverse Communities Project in Lewisham. Completing this survey is voluntary and the information you provide will be entirely anonymous.

If you received our help or anyone on the survey list help, please help them by filling out the survey and letting them know how it helped your life and impacted your mental and physical health and well being. By filling this out you may be helping us all to offer more in the future. Thank you,

This is with regards to the 2023 project

We have funding to support Culturally Diverse Communities, LGBTQ+, BAME +, DV, Parents of disabled children, those dealing with mental health issues who may need counselling, mentoring, coaching sessions and/or physical therapies subject to the persons need. Spaces are limited and on a first come, first serve basis. Over 18 only.

This covers people who LIVE IN Lewisham. We also have a limited number of group sessions we could do with your group such as relaxation techniques, empowering women and/or young people, men talk, stress management.

The service is free for those who cannot afford it. Primarily these sessions are for people who could not afford this service - we can still support clients who can afford this but we would expect a minimum of £40 per session to access this service, following the low cost clinic model. We will means test any clients you refer.

If you want to refer yourself or someone else, please use the project referral form.

NB. The T4H office is part time, so please allow 7 - 14 days for a response.
