Clarion Housing - free massage

After our sessions with Clarion Housing over the summer activities, we are continuing at Orchard Gardens Community Centre (inside) - offering some free chair massage / pain clinic sessions. These are drop in, first come, first serve, courtesy of Clarion Housing. It is for Clarion Housing residents first and foremost but they welcome people from the local neighbourhood who may need help to manage any aches & pains; need light relief from caring duties or have long term conditions which we can help offer some relief for to help keep people mobile, active and independant.
