Take a gentle step toward better mental and physical wellbeing with our weekly 90-minute walk/talk/exercise sessions in nature.


Karen creates a supportive space to move, reflect, release stress, and connect—perfect for anyone looking to boost their wellbeing, whether you're working, not working, or in transition.

Fridays | 11:00am sharp – 12:30pm
