T4H in the community - where are we next

Updated: Feb 13

Many of you have asked to know where we are offering free massages and when. We know how popular these chair massage sessions have always been!

Please note that some of the work we do are for specific groups of people so won't appear on this list. Those we can share are below but be mindful that those who are members or specific groups of people in that location will also come first. We cannot always see everybody but we will do our best. Please allow the therapist space to do their best work.

Chair massages will be in the following locations so far (subject to any changes, so apologies in advance if any of these gets moved or cancelled):

Tues 27th Feb - for Diamond Club members (elderly club Lewisham), we will be there 11am - 1pm

Please note that this work cannot take place except for funding from our partners and larger funders who we have worked with for various years as we try to get therapies out to those who need it in the community.

If you/your group would like us to attend one of your events, please email in to and let us know if you can support the work we do via your own funding/budget as we have limited funds but we will always try to support you and your work in the community.
