"We’re pleased to invite L&Q residents and members of the wider community to take part in two complementary (free) four-week wellbeing programmes, delivered in collaboration with L&Q, 360° Lifestyle Support Network CIC and KompleteLOVE.
Inner Vision begins the journey by creating space to reconnect with yourself, strengthen confidence, find your voice and move towards your goals with greater clarity.
Calm Within Chaos continues and deepens that journey, introducing practical ways to understand stress, regulate, reset and support your emotional wellbeing in everyday life.
Spaces are limited and registration is required to attend , so please complete the form below to secure your place.
These are participatory programmes rather than individual drop-in sessions, and we ask you to register only if you can commit to at least four sessions.
You may choose one four-week programme or, where possible, continue through both programmes as an eight-week journey.
