T4H & Modality Black History Month at the Hummingbird Club
We all had a great time on Friday 4th October 2024 at the health event, based in Catford. There were many stalls with pertinent information for all to access along with blood pressure testing and 'falls' prevention testing, to name a few.
Devon spoke about managing aches and pains, we had information about diabetes, prostate cancer, as well as home care - staying independent in your homes for as long as possible.
I'm sure we all learnt something new on the day. Thank you all.
