Carers Lewisham have started in person Bereavement Group sessions on Mondays from 10am-12pm, in partnership with St Christopher’s Hospice.
The sessions aim to provide a safe space for people who are struggling with their own bereavement and grief.
We keep group size small, so that everyone feels able to share experiences, benefit from mutual support and learn new ways to cope. Group facilitators have all received bereavement training.
